Vintage Victorian Single Leather Button Up Toddler Baby Shoe Pin Cushion Display

This listing is for a single Victorian button up leather baby or toddler shoe.
Someone at some point made it into a pin cushion by putting fabric and some sort of filling in the top of it.
I left it. I tried a bit to get pin cushion out but seems pretty securely in the shoe so I stopped. I did not want to damage the shoe. Therefore, I do not know Condition of interior of shoe.
There are a couple of what I think are repairs. Refer to photo #8 for close up. Almost seems like French knots sticking up from the shoe.
Other than that I see nothing other than normal wear for a shoe that is over 100 years old! It would be a great pin cushion or just for display.
