Vintage Boys Brown Italian Leather Shoes Size EU 27 10 - 11 Toddler Kids

Vintage Italian leather shoes. These appear to be from the 80s 90s. They have not been worn much but do have a few spots on the front section. Please see photos.
The inside and outside of the shoe is leather. The soles are rubber.
The color is brown and tan.
Sizing: EU Size 27, I estimate 10-11 (4 years old?)
The inside measurements from toe to heel is just under 7"
