    of envelope.Sent from USCG Academy.

    New Orleans 1812,Peoples Right cancelled stamps.
    Backside has pencil note of when the letter was sent and received.
    Envelope in nice condition.No soiling or stains.Top edge is sealed.Light
    touches to corners of envelope.Few light creases.One small edge tear to
    upper edge middle.
