    ACTUAL SMALL PIECE OF U.S.S. CONSTITUTION "OLD IRONSIDES" REMOVED DURING 1973 OVERHAUL
    This small piece is a collector's item.  It is an actual piece of wood from the CONSTITUTION. The piece was removed in 1973 during the ship's overhaul.   The piece is about 1 1/4 inch wide,1/4 inch high, and 1/4 inch deep.
    It comes with a
    copy
    of the ORIGINAL Certificate of Authenticity - please see the last picture. NOTE: this piece is actually larger than any of the others I've done. It just depends on how it is cut.
