    Tangia, tanjia or tandjia
    , is a traditional Moroccan urn-shaped stew mainly used in the city of MARRAKECH .
    The tangia is earthenware and enamelled inside for better preparation. Tangia is sealed with aluminum foil and then placed in the oven.

    Maintenance
