Gorgeous vintage
gamba-pattern Mittenwald, Germany contrabass. Fresh setup and more just finished at the shop! Fully carved with matched 2-piece flat canted back. Beautiful patina on the varnish.
Just gone through here at the shop and ready to play. Top-off refurbishment, some cleats and bracing revisited plus a full Upton setup including new bridge and fingerboard.
Sounds great! Coming alive with the new setup – ready to tweak to your liking.  A vintage pearl of a bass with the tuneup work complete! New Spirocores.
