    Cerwin Vega 12" Single Refoam Kit with CV logo dust cap! 1 Foam Surround.
    This kit will fit the CV SW-12B and SW-12-B 12" Subwoofer and also many CV 12" speaker models that have an angled attachment to cone.
    This foam is the high quality surround, red on top and gray on the bottom.
    Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed
    to repair one (1) woofer:

    1 Red Foam Surround (F12-6)
    Shims for centering the 2" voice coil
    One 3.75" CV Felt Dust Cap with logo
    1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive
    We are a Cerwin Vega authorized service center and use these parts everyday.
    *It can be very difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims.  The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed.  CV speakers have a very tight voice coil gap which leaves little room for error.  If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.
