CCTV tester pro.  Comes with charger (not shown because the tester is plugged into the charger) and everything else in the photo of actual item for sale.  Excellent cosmetic and working condition.  Battery holds a very good charge. A tiny mark is present under the down arrow button - that is the only cosmetic flaw.  The screen is bright colorful and perfect.  I tested the camera input on a 920 line camera and the colorbar generator.  Very handy for security camera installation.
