    This is a bass violin E string from E&O Mari LaBella, model E614 from their old RC-610 Set.  As shown, it is still brand new and unused.  I believe this model is from the mid to late 1990s, due to no web site on the packaging, but there being a fax number; plus the phone and fax numbers are from the 914 area code, and they got moved to 845 around the turn of the century.
